I forgot about my tie,
I left it in the car.
I forgot about my tie.
It’s ugly and a pain in the neck.
What the heck?

I forgot I had left it in the car,
How bizarre to leave it in the car.
Yes I took it off yesterday,
At the end of the day.
Yes I tossed it on the back seat,
Or was it the front seat? Of my car.

I forgot, I forgot, I forgot about my tie.
Oh and what a tie!
It’s a very silly tie.

OH yes I forgot it yes I did,
I forgot it is what I did.
You see I don’t like it, no not at all.
Its ugly did I mention it’s ugly,
Yes it is ugly as can be.
It doesn’t go with anything
Well almost anything that’s not black,
Or white, but other than that it doesn’t match a thing.

But I left it in the car,
It would not go very far.
It was around my neck,
But it got tight as heck,
So I took it off and flung it on the seat.

I’m a T-Shirt and jeans kind of guy,
I very seldom wear a tie.
Well except for when I’m at work,
Work, ugh work well that is a different story.
That I’ll not get into right now,
Cause I forgot my tie.

The next day when I got in my car,
There it was my tie.
I didn’t even miss it,
Cause there’s only one use for it,
To choke and annoy me,
To pinch and strangle me.
To make me feel uncomfortable,
For a job that is too technical.
For all the nonsensical,
Work related Bull.

Well it’s just a tie,
That I wear around my neck.
I hope it don’t cause me to wreck.
